This Boot Camp Challenge Starts In

During this BOOT CAMP CHALLENGE You Will Learn:

  1. Fitness for YOU. We created a fitness program for all levels of fitness, from the first time exerciser to the regular exerciser & our program is modified for Beginners, Intermediate & Advanced levels of fitness. Men and women of ALL FITNESS LEVELS are welcome.  
  2. Assessments. You will be given assessments on the first and last day of camp which include body composition and measurements, cardiovascular assessment, muscular endurance and flexibility level assessments. so you'll be able to see measurable results. We have a 100% success rate
  3. Nutritional Guidance. Our nutritional guideline is overseen by registered nutritionists and dietitians. Our philosophy includes eating healthy, eating smart and paying attention to what and how much you eat.
  4. Workouts that are safe, fun, and effective.  For most of us, working out is not our favorite planned event of the day. In BCC, each workout includes a warm up, cardiovascular training, muscular endurance and flexibility training with a fun & motivating coach. Workouts are NEVER repeated so you don't get bored & your hour work-out flys by. 
  5. A Team. In Boot Camp Challenge®, you will workout in a team environment. You will NEVER train alone, work out alone or sweat alone.
  6. Education. We ensure you leave our program armed with knowledge and wisdom so you can continue on your wellness journey long after your experience with Boot Camp Challenge® if that's your choice.
  7. Trainer Support. The trainers are available outside of class time to answer questinos & support each camper.  You're very own personal, personal trainer!
  8. Ongoing.  We understand that for many people, having an affordable, structured fitness program is an important part of living a healthy life.  BCC is an ongoing program that runs all year long.  We are here when you need us, and if you need to step out for a bit because life calls, we'll be here waiting when you're ready to jump back in.
